She joins Henley Strategies as Senior Vice President of Communications and Strategy, bringing deep expertise in corporate strategy, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement.
At the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, Joanna played a central role in leading one of Canada’s busiest transportation hubs through a period of major transformation. She was at the forefront of shaping long-term corporate strategy, advising senior executives, and strengthening communications with employees, stakeholders, and the public. Her ability to connect vision with execution helped advance large-scale modernization efforts and reinforced organizational resilience during times of disruption.
In the private sector, Joanna has held senior leadership roles that combined corporate strategy, business development, and marketing. Most recently in the construction industry, she directed growth initiatives and positioned companies to compete and expand in challenging markets. She has also worked in consulting, corporate communications, and public service, consistently applying her skills to help organizations sharpen their strategy, tell their story, and achieve their goals.
Joanna holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and an Honours BA from the University of Toronto’s Trinity College.
