In Ontario, Mathew has served as Executive Director of Issues Management to Premier Doug Ford and most recently as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development. On Parliament Hill, he honed his media instincts as a Media Relations Specialist, where he built a reputation for creative solutions and strong earned media outcomes.

Mathew is also a seasoned campaign strategist with a passion for winning. He has played key leadership roles in four provincial and federal campaigns, including the 2025 Ontario central campaign, where he successfully led the largest volunteer mobilization in the history of any conservative party in Canada.
